TBO Tek posted operating revenue of ₹926 crore in Q1 FY27, up 81.2% year-on-year from ₹511 crore a year earlier. Net profit rose 31.7% to ₹83 crore from ₹63 crore in Q1 FY26, and 38.3% from ₹60 crore in Q4 FY26.

Hotel and package bookings drove the quarter, reaching ₹800 crore, up 89.1% YoY. Gross transaction value in that segment climbed 50% to ₹7,578 crore. Air ticketing revenue rose to ₹81 crore from ₹78 crore. Other operating revenue grew to ₹45 crore from ₹10.4 crore. Total gross transaction value across all verticals increased 37% YoY to ₹11,154 crore, and monthly transacting buyers grew 14% to 33,736.

Costs Rose With Volume

Service fees, the largest expense line, jumped 109.6% to ₹373 crore as transaction volumes increased. Employee benefit expenses rose to ₹179 crore from ₹130 crore. Adjusted EBITDA expanded 77% to ₹150 crore. Gross profit grew 66% to ₹552 crore.

Operating revenue grew 13.8% sequentially from ₹814 crore in Q4 FY26. TBO Tek attributed the growth to gains across geographies and contributions from the recently acquired Classic Vacations platform.

TBO Tek shares closed at ₹1,522.60, valuing the company at ₹16,385 crore.
