Peak XV Partners Growth Investments III sold 57.21 lakh shares of Go Digit General Insurance, worth ₹139 crore, to ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund on July 30 at ₹243 apiece. The block deal covers 0.62% of Go Digit’s outstanding equity.

It is Peak XV’s second exit in eight weeks. In June, the fund sold 33.33 lakh shares worth about ₹100 crore to Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund and JPMorgan (Taiwan) Eastern Technology Fund, taking its combined divestment to nearly ₹239 crore.

Go Digit’s profit after tax fell 37.5% to ₹86.4 crore in Q1 FY27, from ₹138.3 crore a year earlier. Gross premium written contracted 8.4% to ₹2,730.9 crore. The stock touched an all-time low of ₹245 on July 28, valuing the insurer at about ₹23,430 crore.
