Hyderabad-based dairy brand Sid’s Farm has raised ₹81 crore, roughly $8.4–8.5 million, in a pre-Series B round led by Omnivore and Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office.

Dodla Dairy, Next Bharat Ventures, LIO and other backers also participated. Separately, Dodla Dairy disclosed its own non-controlling investment of about ₹11.6 crore for a roughly 2% stake in the company.

This is Sid’s Farm’s third institutional capital event. The company raised $10 million in a Series A round in June 2024, co-led by the same two investors, and $1 million in a customer-backed bridge round in January 2023.

The Operation

Founded in 2016 by Dr. Kishore Indukuri, Sid’s Farm sells milk, curd, ghee and related products direct to consumers. It runs two processing units, in Telangana’s Shabad and in Tumkur, and says it conducts more than 10,000 daily quality tests across 45-plus safety parameters.

The company works with more than 5,000 dairy farmers and serves 50,000 to 60,000 families across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune and Vijayawada, according to figures reported across sources.

The company said the new capital will go toward supply chain infrastructure, manufacturing and distribution expansion, product development, farmer partnerships and entry into new markets.

Sid’s Farm competes with Country Delight and Akshayakalpa Organic in the premium direct-to-consumer dairy segment. Omnivore and NSFO have now backed both the Series A and pre-Series B rounds.
