MiCoB, a Gujarat-based construction-technology startup, secured ₹30 crore on Episode 7 of Vande Bharatam, aired 14 September. Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy and RENÉE Cosmetics co-founder Ashutosh Valani jointly wrote the cheque, the largest single commitment on the show this season.

Founded by Ankita Sinha, Shashank Shekhar and Rishabh Mathur, MiCoB combines robotic 3D printing with proprietary printable concrete, automated batching and digital process planning. The platform is already deployed on defence, infrastructure and civil projects, including bunkers, retaining structures and modular buildings.

Krishnamurthy said existing deployment was decisive: “What convinced us wasn’t just the technology, it was seeing MiCoB’s platform already deployed and working across defence, infrastructure and industrial sites.” Karan Adani, managing director of Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone, separately offered support for MiCoB’s ongoing and future projects, opening a potential path into Adani Group infrastructure work.
