Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG), the late-stage growth arm of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, has made a second investment in Darwinbox, following its initial backing in 2025. The investment value was not disclosed.
Darwinbox, founded in 2015 by Jayant Paleti, Chaitanya Peddi, Rohit Chennamaneni and Vineet Singh, serves more than 1,400 companies and 4.5 million employees across the US, Middle East, India and Southeast Asia, growing at a 70% CAGR over five years.
The renewed backing follows August’s launch of Darwinbox Cortex, an AI-native HCM platform built with Microsoft, Slack and Glean. Co-CEO Jayant Paleti called it the category’s first Context Graph.
