A91 Emerging Fund I LLP sold ₹445 crore worth of Atomberg shares in secondary transactions, the largest single exit disclosed in the company’s draft red herring prospectus. Total secondary sales since 2019 reached ₹683 crore.

A91 retains a 21.02% stake, still the largest shareholder post-DRHP. Co-founder Manoj Kumar Meena sold ₹40.2 crore and holds 17.73% after the sale. Co-founder Sibabrata Das sold ₹31.4 crore and holds 10.02%. Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund exited ₹116 crore.

Temasek-linked entities were the primary buyers: Jongsong Investments Pte. Ltd acquired ₹187 crore and V-Sciences Investments Pte. Ltd bought ₹132 crore. Inflexor-linked funds bought part of Parampara’s exit. Fourteen sellers and 19 buyers took part across the disclosed transactions.
