This score, ranging from 10% to 95%, provides a benchmark against the applicant pool, accompanied by an AI-generated rationale for the candidate’s suitability. Equip claims its system can process approximately 100 resumes in five to seven minutes, offering recruiters a quick and efficient way to identify top candidates.
