Funding Details and Future Plans

The Series B round was led by the International Finance Corporation and RMB Capitalworks, with existing investor Kalaari Capital also participating. The funds will deepen Mozark’s real-world testing capabilities and accelerate expansion in key markets such as the United States and the Global South.

Kartik Raja and Fabien Renaudineau, Founders and Co-CEOs of Mozark, stated, "AI is accelerating digital services everywhere, but experience quality remains disparate and unreliable." They emphasize the importance of measuring and improving service performance in real-world conditions.

Addressing Industry Challenges

Chandra Ramamoorthy, Founder and CPO of Mozark, highlighted a critical bottleneck in the DevOps lifecycle: testing constrained by physical infrastructure limitations. Mozark tackles this by enabling agentic tester deployments at scale, allowing organizations to validate real-world performance reliably.

Farid Fezoua from the International Finance Corporation noted, "Reliable digital infrastructure is critical to productivity, inclusion, and growth in emerging markets." The investment in Mozark aims to support innovation and broader access to digital services.

The Growing Importance of Digital Experience Testing

As digital services proliferate, ensuring a reliable user experience becomes paramount. Mozark’s approach to digital experience testing is not just about detecting issues but also about enhancing user satisfaction and bridging the digital divide.

  • AI Integration: Mozark’s platform leverages AI to provide insights that are crucial for maintaining high-quality digital services.
  • Global Reach: With operations in over 20 countries, Mozark is positioned to influence global standards in digital experience testing.
  • Scalability: The company’s ability to execute millions of tests showcases its capability to handle large-scale deployments.

Industry Comparisons

Other companies in the digital testing space, such as KaarTech, have also made strides with recent funding rounds. KaarTech raised $11 million in a Series B round, indicating a growing interest and investment in digital infrastructure solutions.

What This Means for You

If you’re involved in digital services, understanding the importance of digital experience testing is crucial. Consider these questions:

  • How are you ensuring your digital services deliver a seamless user experience?
  • Are you leveraging AI and real-world testing to detect and fix issues proactively?
  • How can you scale your testing processes to meet the demands of a global audience?
