Moneyview has cut the fresh issue component of its IPO to ₹750 crore from ₹1,500 crore, and reduced the offer-for-sale (OFS) to 10.04 crore equity shares from 13.6 crore, two months after SEBI cleared the issuance.
Cofounders Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, along with Agarwal’s wife Chitra Agarwal, have kept their OFS portions unchanged. Accel (21.9% stake), Tiger Global (13.79%) and Ribbit Capital (10.2%) are among the shareholders trimming their holdings in the revised OFS.
Moneyview has not disclosed a reason for the size cut or a timeline for the IPO opening.
