VirtueLife Brings AI to Home Physiotherapy

VirtueLife, an Ahmedabad-based startup, is transforming home physiotherapy with an AI-driven platform designed to make rehabilitation more accessible and effective. Co-founded by Yogesh Patel and Ruby Patel, the company emerged from personal experience, aiming to address the challenges faced by individuals in following physiotherapy routines without proper guidance.

The platform offers video guidance, clinician tools, and AI-assisted planning, providing a structured program that ensures consistency and accountability. This approach is particularly beneficial for older or non-tech-savvy users, making physiotherapy more inclusive. Astranova Mobility Secures Rs 60 Cr Funding

Astranova Mobility, a player in the EV financing and asset management sector, has successfully raised Rs 60 crore in a Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The round also saw participation from the Asian Development Bank, AdvantEdge Founders, and Trucks Venture Capital. The funds will be used to enhance the company’s data, AI, and engineering capabilities.

Founded in 2023 by Kunal Mundra, Astranova has financed over 25,000 electric vehicles, ranging from two-wheelers to heavy-duty trucks. This investment underscores the increasing focus on sustainable mobility solutions and the potential of EVs in reducing carbon footprints. As the Indian government pushes for electric vehicle adoption, startups like Astranova are well-positioned to capitalize on this shift.

DAAKit Expands Hyperlocal Fulfilment

DAAKit, a hyperlocal fulfilment and last-mile logistics startup, has raised $138,000 in a pre-seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The funds will support the launch of 25 dark stores and expansion into Tier I and II cities. Founded in 2024 by Chandan Ghugtyal, the company operates on an asset-light model and has seen 15-20% monthly growth in orders.

This development reflects the booming demand for efficient logistics solutions in India’s rapidly growing e-commerce sector. As online shopping continues to rise, DAAKit’s expansion could significantly impact how businesses manage last-mile delivery, offering faster and more reliable services to consumers.

Future Outlook

These developments highlight the dynamic nature of India’s startup ecosystem, where innovation and investment are driving growth across various sectors. As companies like VirtueLife and Astranova Mobility continue to innovate, they could set new benchmarks in healthcare and mobility, respectively. The continued expansion of DAAKit also points to a promising future for logistics solutions. Observers will be keen to see how these startups evolve and influence their respective industries in the coming years.
