Share

IndiQube Spaces Limited, a Bengaluru-based managed workspace solutions provider, has reported a record revenue of Rs 1,469 crore for the fiscal year 2026, marking a 37% increase from the previous year. The company’s profit after tax saw a significant rise of 145%, reaching Rs 125 crore, highlighting its ongoing growth and profitability in a competitive market.

### IndiQube’s Growth and Expansion

IndiQube has been steadily expanding its footprint across India, managing 9.66 million square feet across 130 centers in 17 cities, including both Tier 1 and Tier 2 locations. The company’s seat capacity increased by 15% to 2.15 lakh seats, reflecting its aggressive expansion strategy. During the fourth quarter of FY26, IndiQube secured several major deals, such as a 1,140-seat lease with a Global Capability Centre in Pune and a 35,000 square feet workspace deal with a Japanese e-commerce firm in Bengaluru. These contracts underline IndiQube’s ability to attract high-profile clients and secure long-term agreements.

### Competitive Landscape and Market Context

The managed workspace sector in India is witnessing robust growth, driven by rising demand for flexible office solutions. IndiQube competes with other prominent players like WeWork, Awfis, and Smartworks. Despite the fierce competition, IndiQube’s strategy of catering to Global Capability Centres and offering value-added services has set it apart. The company’s focus on IT and ITeS sectors, which constitute 49% of its client base, has been pivotal in its growth. The workspaces also serve the BFSI, consulting, manufacturing, automotive, logistics, and healthcare sectors, diversifying its client portfolio.

### Implications for India’s Startup Ecosystem

IndiQube’s success story is a testament to the thriving startup ecosystem in India, where flexible workspace solutions are becoming increasingly popular. The company’s growth reflects the broader trend of startups and large companies seeking adaptable office arrangements to accommodate hybrid work models. IndiQube’s expansion into Tier 2 cities indicates a shift in focus towards emerging markets, which are becoming crucial for the startup ecosystem’s overall development. By providing scalable workspace solutions, IndiQube supports startups and established firms in maintaining efficient operations as they grow.

Looking ahead, IndiQube’s continued emphasis on expanding its service offerings and geographical reach is likely to enhance its market position. For founders and investors, the company’s performance highlights the potential of the managed workspace sector in India. As IndiQube plans to operationalize its substantial pipeline over the next 12 to 18 months, stakeholders should watch closely how these developments impact the broader market dynamics and the opportunities they present for innovation in workspace solutions.
