Leverage Edu, a platform specializing in study-abroad services, is poised to secure approximately Rs 200 crore (over $20 million) in a Series D funding round. The financing will be a blend of equity and debt, with Dubai-based Aditum Fund leading the equity investment and IDFC FIRST Bank providing the debt component. This funding round is expected to boost the company’s valuation to around $300 million, more than doubling its previous valuation of approximately $140 million.

### Leverage Edu’s Growth Trajectory

Founded in 2017 by Akshay Chaturvedi, Leverage Edu has positioned itself as a key player in the study-abroad sector. The platform provides comprehensive services including overseas admissions, education financing, visa assistance, and test preparation. With a footprint in major study-abroad destinations like the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, Leverage Edu has served over 175,000 users globally. The company reported a substantial revenue growth of 112% in FY26, reaching Rs 375 crore, and achieving EBITDA positivity. This robust performance underpins its appeal to investors and its strategic expansion plans.

Leverage Edu faces competition from platforms such as Leap, Yocket, and upGrad Abroad, each vying for a slice of this growing market.
